Abrazos almas bonitas de Hive! Es una dicha para mí saludarlos.
Les cuento que me invitaron a Fe & Alegría a dar un conversatorios sobre los Derechos de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencia.
El Instituto Radiofónico Fe & Alegría imparte una serie de formaciones que preparan profesionalmente a sus participantes para trabajar en diferentes áreas que les permitan sustentarse y ser útiles a la sociedad.
Ya he sido invitada en varias oportunidades para diferentes actividades muy interesantes, en esta oportunidad asistieron 27 participantes entre mujeres y hombres, una de las chicas llevó un niño de al menos dos años de edad.
Comencé con una presentación personal, una pequeña dinámica para romper el hielo, seguido de la presentación grupal para conocer a los asistentes y su interés de estar allí. Eso permitió que se relajarán y sintieran más a gusto ante mi, siendo que era la primera vez que me veían, y por alguna razón los seres humanos siempre estamos un poco tensos ante algo nuevo.

Siendo que hablaríamos de violencia de género y los derechos que las leyes le otorgan a las mujeres en el mundo para tener una vida libre de violencia, comenzamos definiendo esos términos, diferenciando los géneros que existen, hombre, mujer y los roles que les corresponden personal, social y profesionalmente, dejando muy en claro que no existe diferencia alguna en el desempeño y posible desarrollo de hombres y mujeres.
Ahora bien ¿por qué es necesario educar en igualdad de género? si todo el mundo sabe que los seres humanos tenemos derechos humanos... ¿conoces la respuesta?
Pues sí, porque lamentablemente los condicionamientos sociales por un sin fin de generaciones, nos han hecho desvirtuar la condición humana creando diferenciaciones que aminoran las mujeres en el mundo, limitando incluso su desarrollo personal, colocándola por debajo del hombre en la sociedad.
Es sabido que la mujer ha sido y es aún vulnerada en algunos países más fuertemente que en otros, irrespetando sus derechos humanos, amparándose los agresores en la cultura o religión de esos países, cosa que no tiene ni pie ni cabeza, pero que lamentable pasa a diario.
Bien la esencia del conversatorio giró en torno a la importancia de reconocer que esos estigmas sociales que crean diferencia entre la mujer y el hombre no son reales, aunque existen, fueron creados para generar niveles de poder.
Sin ánimos de ofender o atacar al género masculino, puedo afirmar que el intentar someter a la mujer siempre ha sido una forma que el hombre consiguió para no ser opacado por la fortaleza emocional, creativa, productiva y moral de la mujer.

Una vez que analizamos los verdaderos roles que tienen el hombre y la mujer podemos comprobar que entre ambos se complementan es algo natural y hermoso por demás. El machismo surge por inseguridad así como el feminismo surge para defender el género de tantas agresiones, pero desafortunadamente el segundo incrementa al primero.
El conversatorio transcurrió muy positivamente con la intervención de una profesora de la sede y los demás participantes, quienes se animaron a intervenir con sus puntos de vista, experiencias, inquietudes y preguntas que enriquecieron la experiencia y nos permitieron aprender todos de todos. Ampliando así la perspectiva de la igualdad de género y el respeto mutuo.
Disfruto el poder compartir conocimientos de cualquiera de las áreas que manejo, considero que lo que aprendemos o sabemos es para enriquecer a los que de ello quieran nutrirse y multiplicarlo. Teniendo siempre presente que quien enseña nunca deja de aprender.

I was invited to Fe & Alegria to give a talk on the Rights of women to a life free of violence.
The Instituto Radiofónico Fe & Alegría offers a series of trainings that prepare its participants professionally to work in different areas that allow them to support themselves and be useful to society.
I have already been invited on several occasions for different very interesting activities, this time 27 participants between women and men attended, one of the girls brought a child of at least two years of age.
I started with a personal presentation, a small dynamic to break the ice, followed by the group presentation to get to know the attendees and their interest in being there. That allowed them to relax and feel more at ease in front of me, since it was the first time they saw me, and for some reason we human beings are always a little tense before something new.

Since we would talk about gender violence and the rights that the laws give to women in the world to have a life free of violence, we begin by defining these terms, differentiating the genders that exist, man, woman and the roles that correspond to them personally, socially and professionally, making it very clear that there is no difference in the performance and possible development of men and women.
Now, why is it necessary to educate in gender equality? If everybody knows that human beings have human rights? do you know the answer?
Well yes, because unfortunately social conditioning for endless generations, have made us distort the human condition creating differentiations that diminish women in the world, even limiting their personal development, placing them below men in society.
It is known that women have been and still are violated in some countries more strongly than in others, disrespecting their human rights, with the aggressors taking refuge in the culture or religion of those countries, something that has no sense, but that unfortunately happens every day.
Well, the essence of the discussion revolved around the importance of recognizing that these social stigmas that create a difference between women and men are not real, although they exist, they were created to generate levels of power.
Without offending or attacking the male gender, I can affirm that trying to subjugate women has always been a way for men to avoid being overshadowed by the emotional, creative, productive and moral strength of women.

Once we analyze the true roles that men and women have, we can see that they complement each other, it is something natural and beautiful. Machismo arises out of insecurity as well as feminism arises to defend the gender of so many aggressions, but unfortunately the second increases the first.
The discussion went very positively with the intervention of a teacher from the headquarters and the other participants, who were encouraged to intervene with their points of view, experiences, concerns and questions that enriched the experience and allowed us all to learn from each other. Thus broadening the perspective of gender equality and mutual respect.
I enjoy being able to share knowledge in any of the areas that I manage, I believe that what we learn or know is to enrich those who want to nurture and multiply it. Always keeping in mind that whoever teaches never stops learning.
