What really has impressed me is how the lights are always left on in Hive for the community members to come and go, and come back.

I read a post lately about leadership and employment relationships and how they have changed for the better or worse. It went along the lines of 'you don't have to ask permission to leave work and pick your sick child up early at daycare. You don't have to feel guilty for taking time off for a family vacation. You don't have to apologize for having a life and you are trusted to perform your role and achieve your objectives and manage your work/life balance so you can continue to be a part of a productive and growing team.'

Not the same really but kinda related when people come back because of the community. The rewards are a part of that community and I am not going to apologize for making them as I make connections, grow my network of real people, and keep the lights on for when people come back.

Anyhow, I share appreciation for Hive & the community that makes for that glue and perpetual safe place in the wild west that is crypto.

I will have to go and check out what he had to say. Hive is the only crypto I put in actual dollars into during this recent downturn. Hive has changed my life in such a positive way, something I never expected when my son casually introduced me! It's nice to read what people think about Hive, whether positive or negative; everyone's interests or intentions upon learning about it are taken into account. In my case, I am also grateful that Hive exists because, without it, I wouldn't still be doing what I love most.

Unfortunately, since I started making money online in 2021 with the pandemic and a rather difficult economic situation, I haven't had much luck in every place I've entered. I started from scratch, with faucets and all that, then I experimented and, when I decided to participate in a blog, I found something I'm good at: writing. That's why I've been looking for platforms or sites within the crypto world where this is valued ever since. While experimenting here and there, I found my preferred niche and improved my writing over time.

I was already familiar with Hive back in 2021, but I didn't decide to start here at the time because I wasn't ready. However, over time I improved and gained experience. But bad luck always came hunting me like a wolf looking for a defenseless rabbit. Literally, every platform that started from the hill closed or was abandoned over time. That's why, several years later, in 2024, I stumbled across Hive again and decided to start over.

First of all, I am grateful that since then and until now it has not closed or been completely abandoned, and that despite the changes and difficulties it continues to maintain excellent projects. And above all, I am grateful that Hive has taken away that great weight of worry I had since I started in 2021 regarding security and stability. I still have a long way to go to achieve financial freedom, but my perspective has changed a lot lately and I know I need to grow within Hive so that things will go better for me later.
