There's this popular statement, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger".
We human being are full of mistakes, but really if we observe it carefully, our mistakes makes us better.
We learn through all the mistakes we do.
True, mistakes can be annoying, discouraging, disgraceful but at the same time, we can't avoid some mistakes.
Why can't we? Because we can't see the future. We can only guess.
I employ you all, to make any mistake a source of strength. Some mistakes can be corrected depending on our attitude towards it.
