어느 달 며칠부터 겨울이 끝나고
봄이 시작되었노라 단정 지을 수 없고,

갑자기 따뜻해진 어느 하루 때문에
봄이 왔노라고 얘기할 수 없듯,

변화라는 것은 흐름이며 과정의 연속입니다.

그 계절에 맞는 자연스러운 정취가 찾아오기까지는
계절에도 적응과 시행 착오가 필요합니다.

사람도 마찬가지겠지요.

무심코 누군가에게 변화의 조각
혹은 단편을 지적할 생각이라면,

그것은 온전히 변할 가능성을
무너뜨리는 행위일 수 있습니다.

변하고 있다면,
그저 변화 후의 모습만 상상하세요.

그 모습이 지금보다 나은 것이라면,
누군가의 환절기에
그저 묵묵한 응원과 따뜻한 격려만 해주세요.
