Hello friends, I'll like to show you guys how to prepare a home made pumpkin pie smoothie. Pumpkin pie smoothies are usually filled with fibre, vitamins, nutrients and enough protein. Bananas and pumpkins are naturally sweet, tasty and pleasant to drink without additional sweeteners. It is also beneficial to losing weight due to the amount of calories contained in pumpkins.
Ingredients

DIRECTIONS
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or smoothie machine. Blend till its smooth. Pour in a cup, serve chilled and enjoy yourself.
