I wrote a proposal for DHF to create a credit facility on Hive, called HiveComunityBank, spelled with one M due to 16 character limit for account names .

I want to create an alternative to selling Hive for large accounts, with HBD loans at 7.5%, which creates an opportunity for a arbitrage move pay 7.5% and get paid 15%, but still locks up twice as much Hive as is spent.

All HBD paid by DHF goes toward capitolizing loans and I earn from curation and scaling the proposal to make loans available to larger and larger accounts.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could read the executive summary and perhaps the index and give me feedback.

Additionally I am planning a three person team holding the active key for security and survivability of the project and would appreciate it if you could suggest 3-4 people who are well known in the community who shoulder the responsibility. Yourself included. I don't plan to give them any work except ask them to peruse the wallet and flag any questionable transactions. I would be running the project and mon itoring it daily, which may be excessive considering all the timelocks and other security features of the Hive wallet.
