- 400mls of lychee juice.
- 20 grams of sugar.
- 3 tbsps of whipping cream.
- Molds.

For tea.
- 2 pink tea bags.
- 300mls of hot water.
- 150mls of lychee juice.
- 150mls of sugar syrup.
- 6-9 lychees.
- Mint.
- Ice cubes.
