Tournaments are a great way to get better with awesome returns on SPS if you can assemble good teams. It's gotten a lot harder though, especially with people using the new xbot battle helper to copypasta or finetune their potential lineups. (full disclosure, I do the same, sometimes if the DEC fee isn't too high or the tournament payout seems worth it). I don't always copypaste battle helper lineups but it's invaluable as a tool to suggest possible lineups and counter lineups.

Gold League Wild is wild. Just going up one league creates so many more abilities to keep track of and it's overwhelming and expensive to upgrade cards. Placing on the leaderboard lets you purchase a few impactful cards per season to keep improving your deck but it's definitely a slow grind!
