Good morning and have a blessed Sunday steemians!!!!
Just got home from work, so I felt bit hungry,I prepared this yummy and healthy food, a perfect food for a tired person like me

This is just a lettuce, lemon with little bit of dressings and the other one is sutteed tuna with egg

If you guys will eat this kind of food everyday it will definitely improve your shape, but me I cannot that’s why I gained a lot 😅😅😅
