Resource Credits are always a figure of Billions or more , short „B“. An Account with 0 SteemPower (SP) have Maximal 6 B of Energy. It doesn’t matter how many SP you have. It’s distributed in 65% Author/Creator , 25% Voter & 10% Appics. The Rewards you can see if you go steem-engine.rocks but version 0.0.4 , Appics will bring itself his own Historie 😉
