Saute Oyong Eggs
This is enakkk ,, soft oyong + savory eggs and gravy (in gadoin aja ga need to poke rice again ...) But 1rumah ga no one likes oyong🤔🤔
Material :
5 oyong pieces (small size)
2 cloves of garlic
3 pieces of red chili critic
2butir small egg (if gede 1 also ckup)
Pepper, seasoning mushrooms / flavored chicken, sugar pinch
Water / chicken stock 150-200ml
How to:
Saute the garlic until fragrant, insert the egg orek not smooth, then chilli and oyong saute briefly enter the water / chicken broth, seasoning, taste check, boil, turn off the heat and serve
