Materials
Mashroom 350 grams, garlic kochi 15 grams, olive oil 10 ml, onion leaf gram 10 grams, mint leaves 10 grams, dried chilli powder 2 grams, salt quantity, black pepper powder 2 grams
For dressing:
Soyas 20 ml, white vinegar 5 ml, Dhanepata kochi 5 grams, mint leaves 5 grams, green chilli 2.

Method
Heat oil well and heat oil well with olive oil. Once the oil has become hot, first let it dry with garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then put all the mushrooms in the oil well.
