In summer day we cut the paddy which is 2nd term of crop in a year.We can say a farmer getting only two time salary in a year.Now a days farmers of Odisha upgrade by technology by some extent which make ease in farming.[IMAGE: https://images.ecency.com/DQmcNcGRZvJo7LK87uw42sfgyAb7VUVMfrBtzyrLEiBKxbe/img_20230526_083519.jpg]

Without manpower it is not possible to complete all the work in this sector.It is helpful to engaged some people in these day.
