Hello friends!
I bring to your attention a small selection on the evening theme of tea drinking.
Sitting at the dining table in the silence of the late evening, I like to brew myself a small clay kettle of shu pu'er.
I like to use nuts as a dessert. There are three types of nuts: walnuts, hazelnuts (which are also called "hazelnuts") and almonds.
I like almonds fried, and the rest are raw.

The nuts are harvested this year and look very fresh and appetizing.

The tea is pressed, made in the form of a pancake. The structure of the tea leaf is clearly visible in the photographs.
Breaking off small pieces with a special knife for butchering puer, I gradually brew them.
It turns out to be a wonderful infusion, rich in color and taste.

The puer tea pancake has a label embedded with inscriptions with Chinese characters. The meaning of what is written is hidden to me, but they look beautiful.
