I do not think I would suddenly change my entire strategy just because Hive touched a dollar, i believe i will still continue doing what ive been doing since i came on hive.As is general in the crypto market, the market will always move, now it has become evident also that a lot of people get too emotional whenever the market moves. When prices are low, everybody becomes pessimistic and starts acting like the platform or project is dying. The moment prices start climbing again, suddenly everyone becomes a crypto genius and starts making wild plans. Personally, I try not to let either phase control my decisions too much, especially on this hive ecosystem, i have never reacted negatively or positively to market movement.
Right now, my approach is already balanced perfectly for me. I do the 50/50 payout option and honestly, Hive has already done the sharing formula for me. Half goes into building my account through Hive Power and the other half remains liquid. It is simple, effective, and sustainable for me. If Hive reaches 1 dollar, I honestly do not see any reason to abandon that system completely.The only major difference is that I would probably remove most of my liquid earnings instead of allowing them to sit around too long. At $1, the value becomes more significant especially from my perspective living in Nigeria where exchange rates can make even small crypto earnings feel meaningful. The liquid portion could actually help handle real life responsibilities more comfortably.People sometimes treat Hive Power like locked money they cannot touch, but I honestly see it more like strengthening your foundation within the ecosystem. The more Hive Power you have, the more influence you gain, the more curation opportunities you have, and the more seriously your account begins to grow over time. Reaching 1 dollar would not suddenly make those advantages disappear. If anything, it would reinforce why building steadily was important from the beginning, imagine stocking up on HP when the price is this low and it shoots up to 1 dollar. It would be bliss.Do i believe that Hive can also get to 1 dollar and beyond in the future? Yes, absolutely, i will never rule out anything, cos im more of an optimist myself. In fact, if you look at its history, Hive has already traded above 1 dollar before during strong market cycles. So reaching or surpassing that level again is not some impossible fantasy. One thing Hive already has going for it is longevity, ive seen accounts here that are more than 7 years in and In crypto, surviving for years actually means a lot because many projects disappear after one market cycle. Hive has managed to maintain an active communities of users through both bullish and bearish periods. That stability gives it a better chance than many newer projects.
