This is an alternative to regular flour!
Coconut flour, sixty calories per serving.......I wonder how they determine the serving on flour LOL!
This is also organic flour, this is a plus !
A new choice for your baking needs!
I have not baked with this, but I can tell you that coconut milk has a diferent taste, and personally when it comes to milk I was not a fan of coconut.
That being said I will give this a try!!!!
