By doing this, Mr @berniesanders has achieved a couple of things. He's built himself a few quid which he uses for the greater good of the community, and he's used his bot army to give everyone who took the time to comment some free money and created himself some goodwill. This is more than many of us might earn in a day, and money that will not be available for the greedy whale fuckers to have in the future. Win-Win as far as I can see. Now I'd love to see some post on fish tank care, set up and different plants and how to keep them alive.

We have a 30 gallon in our kitchen I can keep clean and keep the fish alive but someone gave me a 100 gallon tank and it sits empty in my basement because I don't know anyone who knows tank care and the people at the fish store are just paid by the hour.

You see only what you think Bernie is doing. Up until this year started Bernie used his vote power to up-vote minnows $20 to $50 randomly. He has been fighting for the health of the steemit platform this year. Trying to combat against users who are here to just take money from the platform and leave which hurts every single member of steemit from 1st day user to largest whale here.

To be honest I am pissed Bernie is having to do this because it is taking food out of my mouth and many others who no longer get his random votes because he is using his time and money to keep the money in steemit platform.

I only slept for under an hour in the last three days so I don't have time to explain it any better than that but I can tell you if Bernie spends 10,000 on bid bots today he will use that same money again tomorrow to help the platform not put cash in his pocket. He is about as transparent in his action and intentions as glass.

I am a friend of good soups, here one of my favorite recipes:

"Real Saxon Potato Soup" as my grandma used to cook, very important to use fresh ingredients.

Ingredients:
600 g of potatoes
100 g of celery
100 g carrots
50 g kohlrabi
1 bunch of spring onions
1 liter vegetable broth
½ bunch of chives
Pepper salt
hot dog
The vegetables (carrots, kohlrabi and celery) are cut into rough pieces. Some oil is heated in a large pot and the vegetables are sauteed in it. In the meantime, the raw potatoes are peeled and also cut into rough pieces. The sliced ​​potatoes are now added to the vegetables in the pot and sautéed briefly with. Soup is good for health 😍

We bred our own chickens for meat. What was left of the carcass we used to make chicken soup out of by boiling it up for hours on end then blending it down. The first time I did this, the lid wasn't on the blender properly and I completely covered the kitchen (and I mean COVERED) in chicken stock and bits of meat/skin/innards. It took hours to clean up. In fact, it's probably easier to clean up Steemit than it was to clean up that soupy mess.

Was bloody lovely soup though, even scraped off the walls.

I HATE SOUP but I will make it for you if you are sick or just hungry. 1000x's better than a donkey sandwich being served on the Relaxation Ranch.

I think I get what you are saying with this post but I think you are missing the point. Sure anyone with a huge amount of steem power can self upvote for free money but ultimately that is not what is most important about the platform.

The important thing you should be doing with your power is finding people who are content creators who do stuff you find valuable and using your voting power to, in a sense, hire them to post content on this platform.

Contact people that you think bring something to the table and promise them upvotes if they come to the platform. its what I would do if I were in your position. If I had your voting power Bernie I would find artists, musicians and youtubers and just just powerhouse them with money until they jump to the platform almost exclusively.

No, it's a pain in the ass and that's why I'm currently consolidating.

A lot of the problems you bring up about the platform can be solved if we have a much larger number of Dolphins on the platform. I really honestly think the best thing to do, rather than focus on the negative, is start throwing money at genuine content creators on the platform. This is especially true if you can find people you like from outside of steemit and basically encourage them to come here.

If this kind of thing becomes more common then we will care a lot less about people abusing the platform because those people will still be making so much less than people with actual backing.

I don't know, that's my two cents.

          I used to like "Campbell's Bean with Bacon soup", of course I had to have a peanut butter dunker to go with it. (for those of you who don't know - a lot of peanut butter on one slice of bread, folded in half then squished).
          We found a place in Homer, Ak that makes awesome Minestrone Soup, very flavorful, very tasty, but the homemade chilli is to die for. But being as we live quite a ways from there, now I am enjoying homemade lentil bean soup with veggies, and a little bit of chopped up beef.

Interest Ask. My attitude towards soup is ambiguous.
In Russia, it is customary to eat soup daily.
But I'm not a fan of this tradition.
In my childhood, my mother cooked soups every day, different. But for me and my brother cooking soup from a bag (dry canned), for nutrition, adding beads of minced meat. It was this soup that we loved, although adults looked at us with horror. The rest of the soups we ate under the mood.
Now, for my family, I rarely cook soups. Therefore, soup for dinner or dinner for them as a holiday, everyone sincerely rejoice and ask for supplements. Especially love borsch.
But soups are rarely eaten in the dining room.

Just had jaw surgery and not going to lie 2 months of soup and now I hate the shit, but a proper chicken broth does still tickle my pickle
