关于Steemit的几个基础技术问题

有几个问题，搜了一圈发现还真没几个人来说这个，先发个问，有懂的小伙伴希望不吝赐教：
1. Steemit的内容如何防止垃圾的，如果一次发个几十M，几百M的长篇文本，也会上链吗。
2. Steemit是如何防止这些垃圾信息的。
3. Steemit的非文本内容也上链吗，上链的话，怎么控制区块大小，不上链的话，怎么保证以后还能完整的看到这些文章。（更新）
