Öncelikle yıkayıp kuruladığımız patlıcanları alaca soyup 2 ye böldüm ( uzun patlıcan kullandım )
Kızartma işlemini yapıp bocama aldım.

Orta boy bir tavayı ocağa alıp içine soğanımı doğaradım ve kavrulunca kıymasını ekledim.

Kıyma suyunu salıp çekince domates sosumu ekledim bir taşım kaynattım.
Maydanozu ince kıyıp kıyma sosuma ekledim.

Daha sonra kızarmış patlıcanlarımın ortasını acıp kıymalı sosumu koydum 1/5 su bardağı sıcak suyu ekledim ve 180 derece fırında 40-45 dakika pişirdim.
Arzu eden suyına salça ekleyebilir.
