It's a brand new to learn some more.
We will begin the week with Past Tense.

Past Tense

✅ NOTE: Under past tense, we have four forms:

1. Simple Past Tense
2. Past Continuous Tense
3. Past Perfect Tense
4. Past Perfect Continuous Tense

✅Simple Past Tense

Simple Past tense is used to talk about an action or an event that has already happened.

✅ Formula:

Subject + Verb(in the past tense form)+ the rest of the sentence

Remember, we talked about irregular verbs. That is, verbs that do not take the -ed form. For example, the past tense of go is went.

✅ Example:
1. Divine WENT to the beach.
2. Marvis FINISHED his food.

✅Teaser: Amina did not --------- to school. (go)
