สวัสดีค่ะทุกคน วันนี้มีแกงเขียวหวานสูตรมังสวิรัติมาฝาก แกงเขียวหวานนี้ไม่มีส่วนผสมจากสัตว์ คนที่ทานมังสวิรัติและวีเก้นสามารถทำกินได้เลยไม่ต้องกังวล สูตรนี้ตั้งใจทำให้แกงแตกมันข้นๆ เคล็ดลับอยู่ที่การเคี่ยวกะทิจนแตกมันแล้วใช้กะทิแตกมันนั้นผัดพริกแกงเขียวหวาน ต้องใช้เวลาและความใส่ใจไฟอ่อนถึงไฟกลางยืนเคี่ยวอย่าไปไหนเดี๋ยวกะทิจะไหม้ สูตรนี้กินกับข้าวสวยหรือขนมจีนก็ได้อร่อยทั้งสองไม่ต้องง้อเนื้อสัตว์
