Many big Nasdaq stocks like Microsoft.Inc have been trading in a channel for a year. Around November 2017. MSFT broke the resistance of the channel and has been trading higher ever since. The resistance of the channel became a support and has been tested for 3 times already. This third time that MSFT hit the support, might be a good buying oppertunity. If MSFT fails to hold this support, then there is a long term support waiting around $ 82. The daily RSI is 33 which is rather on the oversold side. The MACD is still in the negative zone.

The image below shows a smaller time frame with possible entries and exits. There might be some profit taking around the $ 97 level.
