Try this ab move the next time you want to burn TF out of your core!
My torso is moving a fuck ton but try and stay as stable as possible and don't move your torso as your feet move up and down.
Try 3x30-45 seconds. (Hint: the slower you go, the more difficult this is!) Good luck & lmk how you do. 😉
