Garang Asem
- 500 gr ukuran ayam kecil2 (ayam paling enak
- 300 ml ai)
Spices: - 5 cloves of shallot, thinly chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly chopped
- 2 small green tomatoes, split 4
- 6 pieces of wuluh blimbing, cut into pieces
- 2 btg lemongrass, geprek.
- 3 lbr leaves
- 5 cm galangal, geprek
- 15 whole red chili pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
Way:
1. Stir-fry all seasonings until wilted
2. Enter the chicken and stir until it changes color
3. Enter the water and season with sugar and salt
4. Cook until boiling. Correction of flavors.
5. Alloy a small basin with wide banana leaves up to 3 layers.
6. Pour fierce asem into the basin. Cover the basin with a banana leaf. Then steam 30 minutes.
Once cooked lift and serve.
