Greetings everyone. Its another beautiful day on earth fellas, don't you agree? I hope your living your life full of joy and good memories in this time and tomorrow and so on.
If you are playing splinterlands you must not forgot to claim freebies like the dailies from your battle in frontier and other game features like Modern and Wild Rank battles, Land, SPS airdrops and other things that I forgot to mention. Currently , the price of this card, with 1 BCX gold foil, is amounting to $2.3 dollars that might be around 6980 Dark Energy Crystals at the time of writing. Dark Energy Crystals or DEC serves the basic currency for the game and its just so sad that it drop this much when the target is 1$ is to 1000 DEC peg. We just have to look for the positive side that splinterlands live long so it can still be a source of entertainment and hopefully can still help guys like me that still seek chance to earn in the game while playing it. I understand that the situation for the world of blockchain, web3 games came to challenging time nowadays. I am just really just hopeful that it will bounce back to the time that it can be considered a good form of side hustle. We just really have to believed.
Wailsworn Specter
Wailsworn Spectre is from the water splinters and I got lucky to own a gold foil version of it which is directly a level 2 card in its 1 bcx form. It possessed a Bloodline Tribute ability and Amplify in this level with 2 Magic attack damage and 3 HP. It got a semi slow speed of 2 that is better than 1. What makes this card to be a good use is it Bloodline Tribute ability that will boost most of the stats of your shared bloodline units, should be undead, with 1. Although its a bit tough collecting cards to form a team on your deck regarding with bloodlines nowadays, it is still a good form of knowledge to where and what you are going to target with cards for your collection. Bloodlines, elements, dual possession of elements are some sort of consideration for buying or renting your cards. This is crucial because if you are just keep loosing with what you build, you are wasting time claiming resources in the game. And that might yield to turn off from your splinterlands journey which is a waste. Just stating facts though and my opinion. Don't get offended ok? If you are some sort of down with the game, there is always a lay low button on your body and recharge so that you can still trigger those happy hormones and get back to enjoy splinterlands.
So I will continue this blog providing a sample battle with my new card.
Sample Battle

In this battle sample, both me and my opponents team chose to fight with water splinters. With Super Sneak and Outsider on the ruleset, I am choosing Loving the Moo as my summoner for it was 43 Mana Capacity limit in the battle. Coral Forged and Mantaroth were side by side defending the front followed by Wailsworn Specter. Stampeng Calf and Zargul completed my team and I applied Tactics to Mantaroth and Zargul for this battle.
In round 1, I lost early my Zargul because most of the attackers possess a high dealing magic damage. It is not that bad because of the Tactics applied to Zargul which was Magic Reflect and cause a lot of bounce back magic damage to my enemy's attacking units. Fair enough that I also cause my opponents team to loose some of monster units within this battle round 1.
In round 4, Wailsworn Specter took the last hit and claim the victory.
- As my experience growing and knowledge improving in this modern times of splinterlands, it is always necessary to pick up and then match up your card with the new game features. Wailsworn Specter is not just a card that attacks and battle until it is surviving, it is also a booster to the same bloodline withing your team so consider using those and might change the battle rhythm in your favor. Battle on!
