I was very afraid to take the camera to the beach, but I couldn't help but capture with it and the Zoom lens what was my view every summer when I was a child. It was almost a ritual to climb up to the Academy of Sciences viewpoint and count the ships passing through international waters at that moment, as we could easily see them.

Just look at the color of the water, I could spend hours and hours here while driving my mother crazy to take me to the beach, not to mention the Plumeria flowers and their delicious smell, I always picked one to put it in my hair, something I still do. I never forget that this plant once was filled with huge caterpillars, and I, far from being afraid of them, was fascinated by them.

Call me strange, but it was here where I fell in love a little more with this world every summer, today I wonder why I didn't study biology. And well, nothing, I didn't dare take the camera to the beach for fear that a grain of sand would get into it or something similar, but I did enjoy these views for a while that I now share with you.

Tenía mucho miedo de llevar la cámara a la playa, pero no podía dejar de capturar con ella y el lente Zoom lo que fue mi vista cada verano cuando era niña. Era casi un ritual subir al mirador de la Academia de Ciencias y contar los barcos que pasaban por aguas internacionales en ese momento, ya que los alcanzábamos a ver muy fácilmente.

Solo mira el color del agua, podía pasar aquí horas y horas mientras volvía loca a mi madre para que me llevara a la playa, y ni hablar de las flores de Plumeria y su delicioso olor, siempre recogía una para ponérmela en el pelo, cosa que sigo haciendo. Nunca se me olvida que esta planta una vez se llenó de unas orugas enormes, y yo, lejos de tenerles miedo, me quedaba fascinada con ellas.

Llámame rara, pero fue aquí donde me enamoré cada verano un poco más de este mundo, hoy me pregunto cómo es que no estudié biología. Y bueno nada, hasta la playa no me atreví a llevar la cámara por miedo a que se colara un grano de arena en ella o algo parecido, pero sí me deleite un buen rato con estas vistas que hoy te comparto.
