The Trafalgar lighthouse is located near Los Canos de Meca, on the Costa de la Luz in Andalucia/Spain. It`s a beautiful place to spend the day and watch the sunset. On windy days you will find a lot of Kitesurfer filling the bay of Los Canos, doing their Tricks.

The nearby small village of Los Canos de Meca is a place i first discovered in 1996. In this time it was different from what i have known so far. Alternative people, Hippies and relaxed natives where filling the beach and streets of the small village, where you till today wont find a single big, ugly Hotel like in so many other places around Spain. But back to the Trafalgar lighthouse and the beauty and magic of it`s sunsets.
