My job has been stressful for quite a long time. Things changed at my company and I was placed in sales. It's not my background and I'm no where near comfortable with it. I constantly feel like I'm flailing around. The quota stresses me out to no end. I'm a goal oriented person, so I'm constantly striving for that quota without knowing how to get there.

Well this month I found a job as a HIPAA Privacy Liaison. My background is in health care and HIPAA compliance. I have done many of the tasks that this job would required. There are a few things I haven't done, so I would have the ability to grow in this position. I would have enough I already know how to do to feel comfortable growing without feeling like I'm flailing around.

It would also be a significant pay increase, which I wouldn't complain about. That would help ease up on my husband and hopefully allow him to find a job he likes.

We have both spent a fair amount of time unhappy with our jobs. It would be nice to catch a break after all these years.

So I'm asking for love, well wishes, prayers, spells, whatever you want to call it. I need a little help with this.
