PIZZA TOAST

If you are feeling peckish then I would like to share my simple but tasty recipe for pizza toast
I find it does the job when I’m not too hungry and when I can’t think of anything else to cook.
Cooking method is for one slice but of course you can make as many as you like.

Cooking time
5-10minutes

PIZZA TOAST

Ingredients

-Sliced Bread
-Cheese
-Tomato puree
-Oregano
-Salt and Pepper

Method

1. Pre heat grill and very lightly toast one side only of the sliced bread.
2. Take out sliced bread from the grill and on the non-grilled side spread the tomato puree over evenly.

3. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the top of the tomato puree evenly.

4. Add pinch of salt, pepper and oregano

5.Place back into the grill cheese side up and grill until the cheese it slightly golden brown.

6.Enjoy.
