Mi segundo trote del año, retomando las buenas costumbres y generando dopamina saludable. AsĂ ando por esta vĂa trotando y haciendo ejercicios para ver si recupero mis condiciones ya que suelo montar bicicleta todos los dĂas y recorrer unas cuantas distancias.
Hoy por la calle pude notar unas cosas tan absurdas, no me habĂa fijado mucho pero si habĂa visto en un sitio algunos mensajes polĂticos de izquierda, y hoy por dĂłnde trote pude ver más mensajes. Es tan irĂłnico, pero bueno, hay una ideologĂa que sigue dando manotazos de ahogado.
En fin, el entrenamiento estuvo bueno, me gustĂł el ritmo y la velocidad que le pude imprimir al trote. No me gustĂł mucho el ánimo que tenĂa antes de iniciar, pero ahora que ya terminĂ© las cosas son diferentes, cĂłmo si fuera dos personas distintas jaja.
Será que este año puedo alcanzar los 1000 km? Es una pregunta interesante, hasta ahora no me lo he propuesto, pero queda suficiente año para lograrlo, aunque desde cuándo deberĂa estar allĂ, es la realidad.
Aproveche de trotar con mi esposa, le di ventaja como es de costumbre cuando trotamos juntos, y al final la pase sin darme cuenta, porque ella tomo otro camino y me hizo pensar que ya habĂa llegado a casa.
Concluyo diciendo que fue satisfactorio, y bueno, espero seguir trotando más seguido y con un plan de trabajo que me permita avanzar y no retroceder.

I'm jogging with Hiverun 🔥
My second jog of the year, getting back into good habits and generating healthy dopamine. So here I am, jogging and exercising to see if I can get back into shape, since I usually ride my bike every day and cover quite a few miles.
Today on the street I noticed some absurd things. I hadn't paid much attention before, but I had seen some left-wing political messages in one place, and today, as I jogged, I saw more messages. It's so ironic, but well, there's an ideology that keeps flailing around.
Anyway, the training was good. I liked the pace and speed I was able to maintain while jogging. I didn't really like my mood before I started, but now that I'm done, things are different, as if I were two different people, haha.
Will I be able to reach 1,000 km this year? It's an interesting question. So far, I haven't set my mind to it, but there's enough time left in the year to achieve it, although the reality is that I should already be there.
I took advantage of jogging with my wife. I gave her a head start, as usual when we jog together, and in the end, I passed her without realizing it because she took another route and made me think she had already arrived home.
I'll conclude by saying that it was satisfying, and well, I hope to continue jogging more often and with a training plan that allows me to move forward and not backward.
