The beauty of waking up early during the summer is being able to enjoy a spectacular sunrise, so intense, directly on the seashore. It is an extremely fascinating natural spectacle, difficult to explain to those who have never had the pleasure of enjoying this panorama.
The efforts made to wake up at first light was well compensated. The morning walk has multiple benefits for my body: physical, because it speeds up my metabolism and I'm much more active throughout the day, and mental, a sense of tranquility and satisfaction that washes away all negative thoughts, perhaps even those accumulated in my Night.
