배경
스팀은 분명 블록체인을 선도하는 훌륭한 플랫폼입니다. 하지만 사용자 부족과 익명성에 기댄 각종 보상 어뷰징 등 때문에 실제 사용자들은 떠나가고 있는 실정이며, 이는 지금 있는 문제들을 더욱 악화시키고 있습니다. 저는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 실제 사용자(사람)이 더 많이 들어와야 하고, 기존 사용자들도 계속 활동할 동기가 필요하다고 생각합니다.
이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 인증에 기반한 기본소득을 시작할 계획입니다.
목표
인증을 통해 즉시 가입과 활동에 대한 정기적인 기본소득을 주는 것을 목표로 합니다.
단기적(6개월 가량)으로는 우리나라에서 15,000명 정도의 실제 사용자를 늘리고자 합니다.
방안
현재는 우리나라에서만 시행할 계획입니다. 강력하면서도 저렴한 휴대폰 인증이 있기 때문입니다.
인증을 받은 사용자는 다음의 혜택을 누릴 수 있습니다.
- 즉각적인 가입
- 매 주 기본소득 지급 (포스팅을 할 경우)
- 향후 실명인증 사용자의 활동에 기반한 큐레이션(인기글 등)이나 명성 시스템을 개발할 계획
물론 인증은 의무가 아니며 선택일 뿐이며 이를 하지 않아도 아무런 불이익을 받지 않습니다.
펀드
신규 가입을 위해 저는 21,000 STEEM을 제공할 것이며, @steemhunt 에서 6,000 AC(계정생성크레딧), @tasteem 에서 3,900 AC를 제공해주실 계획입니다.
기본소득 보팅을 위해서 제가 25만~40만 SP를 제공할 계획이며, 현재 몇몇 고래분들과 접촉중입니다.
큐레이션 수익금은 운영비를 제외하고 전액 재투자될 것이며, 신규가입 혹은 각종 이벤트에 사용될 것입니다.

@clayop, maybe @ share2steem can work together with your project too. S2S main objective is to onboard more users to steem chain by
1) making it really easy for ppl to use (existing instagram, twitter, yt users can just use the tag # share2steem and autopost to steem chain.
2) get daily upvote worth ard 0.01 even if they r new users to encourage them to stay on which i think is similar to your purposed basic income concept for user retention.

especially for instagram users in korea which i think the numbers are huge, since they are already posting on instagram and adding tags, why not add 1 more simple tag and autopost to steem chain and earn some crypto which leads them to learn more abt steem and communities.
