Github pull request for BSIPs 19, 20, 21 & 22 submitted!

I wrote up four BSIPs last month of which one I submitted to the official Bitshares BSIP GitHub repo, the other 3 I delayed in submitting a pull request due to having created a large amount of commit spam on my forked repo. I forked a new repo to remove the commit spam and submitted the full pull request for all 4 BSIPs tonight.

BSIP 19

The introduction of 'profit sharing / dividends' for [BTS|MPA] on the Bitshares DEX via the redistribution of fees.

BSIP 20

The introduction of 'profit sharing / dividends' for User Issed Assets (UIA) on the Bitshares DEX

BSIP 21

Introducing the ability to query the 'Coin-Age' of assets held by individuals upon the BTS DEX.

BSIP 22

This BSIP proposes to introduce an expiration on votes cast within the Bitshares network so as to encourage an active voting population and campaigning by those who desire being voted into power.

We're often guilty of having excellent discussions regarding potential projects or improvements to the Bitshares network but failing to then formally document the idea (even just a summary) which is the first step towards a worker proposal and potential implementation. Break the pattern and document your ideas for the community to consume! Even if you don't have the programming capabiltiies, your content may encourage others to act upon the information or to create their own BSIPs!
