Ingredients

🍯 1 teaspoon MANUKA HEALTH Manuka Honey MGO 250
🍦 Whipped cream to taste from an aerosol can

Instructions

1- Prepare Egg Yolk Mixture:
- Carefully separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Place the egg yolk into a small glass. Reserve the egg white for another use.
- Add approximately 1 teaspoon of MANUKA HEALTH Manuka Honey MGO 250 to the egg yolk.
- Use a small fork or spoon to mix the egg yolk and honey thoroughly until smooth and evenly combined.

2- Brew Espresso:
- Fill the bottom chamber of a Moka pot with water. Insert the filter basket and add coffee grounds. Secure the top chamber tightly.
- Place the Moka pot on an electric stovetop burner. Brew until the top chamber is full of rich espresso.

3- Assemble Drink:
- Pour the freshly brewed espresso into a stemmed serving glass.
- Use a small funnel to carefully pour the egg yolk and honey mixture into the espresso, allowing it to rest under the coffee.

4- Finish with Whipped Cream:
- Top your Kaisermelange generously with whipped cream from an aerosol can.
