How do I feel when I can’t even feel?
I lie below my head and think till I can barely breathe,
My years of disdains are speedily reincarnating,
What you think, how you feel, nothing does matter anymore,
Do you even know? I’m all grown now…cold-grown,
Whether I chose this life or it chose me,
I’m left to stare at me forever,
I loved you, or at least I thought I did,
But you scratched my skin and tore my cells,
You gladly watched me leave,
In your eyes, I met such aid, much aid for a lifetime decision,
Am never coming back.
I’m writing cause I could talk less…the story of a wailing lad.
