NewsBTC and the like are known to have made stories about much less. Could it be CZ and Sun pulling strings behind the scenes? Who knows. Maybe they have a more comprehensive story than usual in the works.

It's strange that YouTubers and well-known traders on Twitter or elsewhere are mostly silent. These people should be enthusiastic about Hive succeeding because they're the ones being shadowbanned and outright kicked out of YouTube. Maybe they are embarrassed over not walking the walk when it comes to supporting decentralization.

Yeah I think if Hive had gotten more commentary from these youtuber's and traders we could have seen an even higher price run - but we'll see what happens. We'll likely see a price correction soon, but may still get some media coverage from this.

Yes, I was also looking for crypto press articles about this and couldn't find.
Maybe they want to see the high price sustain for a while rather than just risk reporting another pump & dump.

I think we will see more now that Binance has listed Hive - but who knows! The fact that CZ has tweeted about it is pretty big.

This a crazy run right now. I’m hoping that this is a sustainable run not just a pump and dump...

A run of this magnitude is rarely sustainable - so I'd mentally prepare for a price correction BUT it's still fun to enjoy the run and it is my hope that we land at a higher price than we did before!

Yes I agree. I bought HBD hoping that it stays more stable and I can but back more HIVE when the price drops.

Thanks for letting me know! Everything is showing properly on my end - so it may be your internet connection. I've noticed that if my wifi or data is bad, it will do stuff like that instead of load the picture.

I'm guessing that it was the Huobi announcement that initiated this run.

Yeah I think it's that plus the giveaway that's happening Huobi. We'll likely see a price correction here d on - but the overall market cap we've seen for Hive over the last few days is pretty impressive. I'm just curious to see what price we land at after it crashes back down. Keeping me fingers crossed it's somewhere at least in the $.30 mark.

Yeap, already seeing that drop lol. Although, I think we'll see another good spike if/when Binance lists Hive.

I'm shocked you haven't heard about the Huobi promotion, which is the cause of this pump. They're asking people to buy HIVE and keep it in their bank. Whoever deposits the most will get even more tokens (free). There is no requirement to keep the tokens once the promotion ends, which is in 2 days (the 28th).

In other words, most of the pump has happened, and there's going to be a large deflation coming within a few days.

But yeah, if it "only" loses 2/3 its current value, we will be happy to land at 30 cents.

Yeah that's my point exactly.- it's pretty obviously a pump that was started by the Huobi giveaway, but I'm just hoping we land at a higher over price when it crashes.
