Basically looking at the constant influx of new coins: both shit coins and coins with reasonable values that are coming into the cryptocurrency market...I have just one opinion based on my observation " ICO's need to be regulated.

There should be some sort of World #Blockchain and cryptocurrency council whose members will be a group of blockchain, tech, business, legal and crypto experts... the best on the planet.

Any ICO that takes place MUST first take permission of this particular council in order for themselves to collect funding from citizens worldwide. Otherwise the ICO MUST be considered illegal. "
Is this a good idea ? May not be actually implemented, but just a random thought that came across my mind.

Unregulated ICO's are becoming more and more dangerous as time passes, and I think its high time the issue is taken into consideration before it brings mayhem into the cryptocurrency market as a whole. @ned what do you think about this?
Steemit on a literal basis has a huge potential and future, and am certain by this time next year , a huge rise would begin in the accumulation of steemit in the crypto market more than it is now.
