At last something refreshing for kids is coming to the cinemas. Okay, maybe not just for kids… Also for parents who grown up with cartoon elephant character called Dumbo. Disney will make this spring much better with its' newest family film.

Dumbo is a story about young elephant who can fly thanks to his oversized ears. As he has that gift, he use it to save a circus from bankruptcy with awesome flying performance. But, as time passes, Dumbo and his friends discover some not so great things about their surroundings…

The movie is full of great movie stars as Danny DeVito, Eva Green, Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton… Director of the movie is a living legend, well known Tim Burton, who is specialized for this kind of movies. The novel by Dumbo is created by Helen Aberson and Harold Pearl, and the screenplay is written by Ehren Kruger.

It is a third time that Michael Keaton and Danny DeVito work together in a movie. First two times in Johnny Dangerously (1984) and Batman Returns (1992) Michael was the good guy and Danny was playing the role of a villain. In Dumbo, this has changed and Keaton has got a role of a bad guy.

Also, it is interesting that a lot of really famous actors turned down the offer to be in this movie, like Will Smith, Tom Hanks, Chris Pine… Of course, they didn’t do that to harm the movie, they just got involved in other projects at the time of filming Dumbo.

Welcome to the fairy-tale about Dumbo!

Dumbo will be in cinemas world-wide from March 29.
