How awesome @dafro ! Nice job - I think a lucid dreaming post would be very cool as I have not seen one yet ! Survival is another favorite topic I enjoy so we share that also.
I have mastered the ability to take off in flight during my dreams & it's pretty wild. I meet people I've never before seen and go to places not known to exist. Don't ask me how! Any further instruction would be key ! R.O.C.K. On and keep up the good work !!

Well I sleep on my back, I think some lite, semi-classical musical helps keep you just aware enough....and you focus on being consciously aware when you hit the dream state, and then guide it. Best way I can describe, if that helps!

Sounds like the WILD technique, if I understand you correctly. Do you go directly from being awake in into a dream?

Kind of, it's like your body becomes so rested it falls asleep but your mind doesn't quite all the way. Not sure most people can try this with all of life's distractions but I am always alone - a night owl and an early burd (!) so I can drift with headphones in at night, I don't have a dog or H.O.T. babe or animal of any kind kickin' at me
