Pechuga gratinada con jamón y queso / chicken breast au gratin with ham and cheese

Hola amigos buen día espero estén super bien , ayer tenía media pechuga de pollo en la nevera y la verdad ya no sabía que hacer de comer ya que últimamente hemos comida mucho pollo es que a mí novio no es muy fan de otras proteínas yo tampoco Pero ya no sabía cómo mas hacerla , me di cuenta que en la nevera tenía jamón y queso y se me ocurrió hacerla gratinada aprovechando que hace poco compré una freidora de aire que me a solucionado mucho la vida así que solo debía ponerme manos a la obra .

I thought of making it au gratin, taking advantage of the fact that I recently bought an air fryer, which has made my life much easier, so I just had to get to work.

Ingredientes:
• Media pechuga grande de pollo
• jamón de pavo cantidad al gusto
• quedó rayado cantidad al gusto
• una cucharada pequeña de mostaza
• una cucharada pequeña de salsa de soya
• adobo al gusto
• orégano al gusto
• dos cucharadas de salsa de tomate o puré de tomate

>Ingredients:
• Half a large chicken breast
• Turkey ham, to taste
• Shredded cheese, to taste
• One teaspoon of mustard
• One teaspoon of soy sauce
• Seasoning, to taste
• Oregano, to taste
• Two tablespoons of tomato sauce or tomato puree

Primero procedí a cortar en dos partes la pechuga para que me quedara dos milanesas, luego la condimente con una cucharadita de mostaza, una de salsa de soya y un poquito de salsa de adobo al gusto , deje marinar por unos 10 Min para que la pechuga agarre bastante sabor .

>First, I cut the chicken breast in two to make two cutlets. Then, I seasoned it with a teaspoon of mustard, a teaspoon of soy sauce, and a little adobo sauce to taste. I let it marinate for about 10 minutes so that the chicken breast would absorb a lot of flavor.

En una plancha bien caliente lleve a sellar por ambos lados la pechuga hasta que me quedara bien dorada , luego las saque y reservamos . En una taza diluimos dos cucharadas de salsa de tomate con una cucharadita de agua para hacerla más ligera y le puse una pizca de sal , está mezcla se la coloque arriba a las pechugas y luego añadi jamón de pavo y queso rayado, terminamos con un toque de orégano y llevamos a la freidora de aire por 15 min a 160°

>On a very hot griddle, sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown. Remove them and set aside. In a cup, dilute two tablespoons of tomato sauce with a teaspoon of water to thin it out, and add a pinch of salt. Spread this mixture on top of the chicken breasts, then add turkey ham and shredded cheese. Finish with a sprinkle of oregano and air fry for 15 minutes at 160°C (325°F).

Pasado este tiempo las pechugas estuvieron perfectas la verdad me encantó y acompañe con un poco de arroz y listo el almuerzo del día .
