안녕하세요! 망고입니다 🍋

연남동에 위치한 비건 베이커리 & 카페 빵어니스타에 다녀왔어요. 정직한 빵이라는 뜻을 가진 '빵어니스타'는 요즘 꽤 핫한 곳인데요, 거의 모든 일반 빵 재료에 알러지를 가진 다이어트와 건강에 관심이 많은 빵순이가 밥보다 좋아하는 빵을 먹기 위해 자신이 먹을 수 있는 재료로 건강한 빵을 만들고자 시작한 곳이라고 합니다. 이미 서울에 연남, 압구정, 도곡 이렇게 3개 지점이 있고 빠르게 성장하고 있어요. 궁금했던 곳인데 최근에 생일 기념으로 방문해서 타르트랑 이것저것 구매해 보았어요.

주문한 단호박모찌타르트와 말차라떼입니다. 단호박무스 아래 쫄깃쫄깃한 모찌, 그리고 그 아래 단단한 도우가 있는데 조합 굿굿! 맛있었어요.

포장해 가려고 주문한 빵들이에요. 말차파운드, 단호박파운드, 녹차초코스콘, 비스코티 요렇게 골라봤어요.

그런데 단호박파운드 맛이 궁금해서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그 자리에서 뜯어서 먹었어요. 요즘말로 존맛탱 엄지척.

포장백에 같이 넣어주신 브로셔 내용을 찍어봤어요. 빵어니스타의 모든 메뉴는 밀가루, 설탕, 유제품, 달걀, 방부제, 색소, 트랜스지방 FREE 입니다. 국내산 쌀가루와 에리스리톨, 코코넛슈가 등 엄선한 재료로 빵을 만든다고 해요. 추천합니다!
