We are back at the gym after so many long breaks, I had my dumbbell, I was staring in front of the big mirror, it was time to focus hard.

All were just good. I talked to the other guy, he was standing next to me I'm glad. He was a good-looking one, and see, what a smart. At this moment, is that right? We are just carrying a light weight as a warm-up. Is it the right thing to do?

So I looked at the dumbbell. It was very heavy.
I started laughing. And he gave me a small encouragement that we all start somewhere, so I can start with the lighter way. This made my day. There was no bruise of ego, just a reminder that everyone in that room, we are always once a beginner.

This is a period that just keeps you humble and ask that question, is that right?
