I am not sure if the recent market trend in the crypto space is an evidence of that or not. However, only those who are new to cryptocurrencies would panic about a drop in price. Obviously it was a healthy pullback seeing the recent surge in the price of bitcoin. The pullback was needed for the longrun price stability of the bitcoin. Further it has also created cautiousness among the people who are investing in the cryptocurrencies that how can the price decline within a short period and they need to properly research before investing and also maintain a profitable portfolio of cryptocurrencies.

I think is a Super Holiday gift for all of those that have the funds to invest right now. Unfortunately i move the little funds i had a little too late :( but i guest i could still get some coins on the cheap side cause a lot of them are down compare to last week. Upvoted and Followed!

Yes! Its a huge correction since early this month, cryptocurrencies has been skyrocketing like crazy so it makes sense. Plus many people are taking profits to use them on their Christmas spending so it makes sense. Yet many others knows to hold the coins so it won't go down too low either. By 2018, we will see a huge bull run on Litecoin and many other coins with huge potential like Ripple, Cardano and Vertcoin. :3 Maybe even Dogecoin which I love calling it Doggiecoins xD

I do believe that 90% of the cryptomarket is driven bij Bitcoin investors with no knowledge at all. They are only in for the money. The fact that the costs of Bitcoin go up is defiantly not a good thing. If bitcoin goes down this also impacts the miners. The Bitcoin needs to grow in price in order for the miners to stay in and to keep it profitable.

I think it was a correction more than anything. The price surged extremely high in a very short time and then people sold to cash out dropping the price. Not a big deal. I do hope to see altcoins decouple themselves from the price of BTC soon though. Right now all the altcoins follow BTC for the most part.

This has been a good period for Cryptos in general. The meteoric rise over the past month has once again drawn the attention of the MSM, bringing more money in to the market. Also it would appear that clearly some very large whales have floated in, I reckon they may have been spooked by just how much their accumulation affected the market and slowed down their entry so as not to cause complete chaos.

It also served to teach a lot of newcomers what is good, and what is bad with the current utility being provided by Crypto. There is clearly a lot of work to do, but so many interesting projects to observe and support.

Buy more crypto currency now because now it is going down but it will increase in January.

People are cashing out to buy holiday gifts and to balance their year-end financial books. 2018 will be a banner year for crypto currencies.
