모르는 것을 부끄러워하지 않고 아는 것에 자만하지 않는 간호사가 되고 싶습니다.
모르는 것을 부끄러워하지 않는 간호사가 되겠습니다. 모르는 것을 인지하는 것, 알려고 노력하는 것이 중요한 것이라고 생각합니다.
그리고 아는 것에 자만하지 않는 간호사가 되겠습니다. 내가 알고 있는 a를 모르는 사람이 내가 모르는 b를 알고 있는 사람일 수도 있습니다.
서로서로 모르는 것은 물어가며, 아는 것은 서로 알려주며, 동료 간호사들과 서로 헐뜯는 관계가 아닌 서로 윈윈하는 관계를 형성하고 싶습니다.
