요즘에는 서울역에서 환승할 때 에스컬레이터를 걸어서 올라간다. 걷는 시간은 평지 포함해서 대략 2~3분 정도 걸린다. 한참 올라가다 보면 허벅지 근육이 뻐근해질 정도. 이제 그 정도는 충분히 할수 있어야 한다. 나이를 먹으면 근력 관리를 더 해야 한다. 근손실은 건강에 좋지 않기 때문이다. 나이가 들어도 가능한 근육은 키워야 한다. 그래서 내일도 걸어서 올라갈 예정이다.
