wether that says "token x bought" , "hyperlink" , encoded jpg of your sisters panties or whatever, you actually don't need to write it to everyone's feed as it's one blockchain so you just need one entry (as it is an immutable ledger)
but we all let them eat cake ... problem is theres only 20-30 people taking all the money and that went on too long

and most people dont have a clue but we all know the magic words : 'crypto' , 'blockchain' , 'decentralized', 'organic' , 'disruption' , 'communities' ... i thought there were seven magic words you use in a speech on stage to make everyone applaud, i forgot the last one, see, i often get the impression even the people in the spotlight on stage either have no clue themselves, OR they think they believe all they say themselves OR (they just want you to bump their price with money so they can dump it before you can say "what was THAT?") the latter being the worst option

But 'teh cahin' , blockchain is not the one-size-fits-all solution, it does not show the face of god, it won't cure cancer, stop climate change while it's at it and make the world a better place, you can't actually comb your hair with it and compared to lots of other tek it's 'ill-suited' for the job
but what it is : is an immutable ledger (that keeps growing in size indefinitely) ... thing is : neo-crypton is a castle in the clouds (but the way i see it : a gold bar has zero intrinsic value but what people pay for it , its utilitarian use is certainly a lot less then its dollar value, yet everybody does, and so goes BTC ...)

see : i can 'issue a coin' with custom json using for instance the datacenter account , i dont have to cap it ... all i need is to give it a specific json tag and make sure it checks only the datacenter account , if i put in that some JSON content that says "1 DAT -> droida" after you send me i dont know "x" STEEM with a memo 'buy' (whatever you wanna you fill that in like) then it would be 100% secure, immutable, it cant be forged it cant be faked (unless you get this notorious 51% type stuff maybe) but in the end i am the signing authority.
You trust me to sign off on the fact that you bought one and you trust me to do that the moment you send that steem , which is in essence how the whole steem-engine works . No one gives it a thought but if steem-engine goes down , then that is that lol , where your tokens ? o right they still on the chain, true, so how you gonna filter them out without their interface .
What im talking about here is REALLY simple to do okay, it takes less than 50 lines of python maybe (and i dont even know python but some copypasted scripts) i dont need a node for that, i can run it from my bedroom and it would be 'immutable', it would be 'always' there and it would sit on one account, spamming no one's feed with all that stuff like you get from steemmonsters or whatever
thing is : if I were to do that then "who are you?" is question number one, right, the immutability wouldnt be the question ...
