Hey Actifiters!

Yesterday was memorial Day so I had the day off and it was a fun and busy way to end a 3-day weekend. Started in the morning with going for a run. I'm now into week three of my interval training program and it's getting harder. I am grateful that I have an app which has helped me ease into it. But it certainly pushes me a little bit more each week and this week was no exception.

Then the rest of the day was pretty full with our little neighborhood party. We live on a cul-de-sac so all the neighbors get together and have a lot of tasty food and activities for the kids. Was a lot of work to set up and tear down, but a lot of fun to hang out with neighbors. Then I know my kids had a blast. So they really enjoyed that.
