Hey Actifiters!
I had planned to try and get up early today to work out and do some stretching. But when my alarm went off I couldn't resist hitting that snooze button unfortunately.
Thankfully I was able to get up yesterday to run. Guess I need to figure out how to get the same time consistently. Everyday. Morning is definitely the best time for me to exercise.
My knee has been bothering me a lot today. I guess. I'm grateful that it held up yesterday for my run. I know in the past it has bothered me more from sitting too long. So after working through my lunch I decided I I talked to go for a walk.

It was cool and cloudy, but dry so that made it perfect for a stroll. By the end my knee was still hurting, but moving seemed to loosen it up a little bit at least This report was published via Actifit app (Android | iOS). Check out the original version here on actifit.io
