Since we launched our built-in multi-currency wallet, we've seen firsthand how managing a separate seed phrase creates friction for users. You had to:

Self-custody is a core Web3 principle we deeply believe in - but asking users to juggle yet another seed phrase on top of everything else isn't the experience we want to deliver.
Enter MetaMask + Hive Snap
MetaMask is the most trusted and widely adopted self-custody multi-chain wallet in the world, with over 30 million users. If you're already in Web3, chances are you're already using it. But what makes this integration truly special for Ecency is the Hive Snap - built by the talented @blocktrades team and available open-source at openhive-network/metamask-snap.

This integration is also a major step in how Ecency grows.
