Oh du schöne Spargelzeit / I love asparagus soooo much:
- Grüner Spargel / green asparagus
- Spiegelei / fried egg
- dünn geschnittene gebratene Streifen von Guanciale / roasted peacees of Guanciale
- frischer Basilikum / fresh basil
- Olivenöl / olive oil

So ein einfaches aber wirklich fantastisches Gericht.
